Cluster, ParameterGroup, ReplicationGroup, SubnetGroup,
UserGroup, and User provisioning for AWS Elasticache.
This Configuration bundles an Upbound Cloud extension and an API definition. The API will allow control planes to provision AWS Elasticache using the provider-aws-elasticache from the Upbound marketplace.
