Overview
A Function that Manages Resource Tags.

This Composition function manages tags for cloud resources, allowing platform operators to add additional tags, remove tags, and have Crossplane ignore tags that are set by outside systems.

Currently AWS is supported. The function will only tag AWS resources that support tags. See the README for examples and documentation.
